With most commercial practices, Nickel Alloy 200 / 201 Sheets Plates Coils can be readily formed by Stainless Inox, a known trader, and exporter. With the exception of the oxyacetylene process, Nickel 200 Sheets can be easily welded, brazed, and soldered.

All hot-working and cold-working techniques can be utilized when shaping our Nickel 200 Plates. The Nickel 200 Coils are annealed at a temperature of between 704°C (1300°F) and 871°C (1600°F). Nickel 201 Sheets are frequently used in reactors and vessels that generate fluorine and react it with hydrocarbons. These Nickel 201 Plates are almost exclusively made of nickel and contain trace amounts of other chemical elements. Nickel 201 Coils have good thermal, electrical, and magnetostrictive properties. They are resistant to reducing chemicals and caustic alkalies.

 Ni Alloy 200 Polished Plate has good mechanical properties over a wide temperature range, which is one of its advantages and is also known as commercially pure wrought nickel.

It is possible to use Nickel Alloy 200 Strip Tape in temperatures as high as 550C because it is resistant to dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride. Nickel Alloy 200 Sheets are resistant to all dry gases at room temperature. Ni 200 Foil's resistance to mineral acids is affected by temperature, concentration, and aeration.
