Stainless Steel 321/321L/321H Round Bar

Stainless Steel Round Bar 321/321L/321H is supplied by Mehta Metals as part of its stainless steel round bar range. In order to achieve better temperature performance, this steel has a very high carbon content. Furthermore, it contributes to the strength and durability of the product. As a result of the perfect combination of elements used in the manufacturing of this steel, it is not only a more sustainable product, but also a more environmentally friendly one.

Round stainless steel bars 321/321L/321H are considered to be austenitic steel since they are made of stainless steel. Because the steel has a low carbon content, it is an ideal raw material since it possesses a low carbon content. There are several elements contained in it, including nickel, chromium, and others. In addition to its nickel and chromium mixture, it is also susceptible to warmth treatment since it has a high melting point.

There are several types of stainless steel 321/321L/321H round bars available, including bright, hex, square, flat, threaded, and several others. The material has both electric and thermal properties.

Due to the fact that round bars and rods have some standard dimensions, such as EN, AISI, ASME, etc., which makes them different from other products of the same type. In order to distinguish it from other types of equipment, it has some important specifications that make it stand out. A variety of polishes can be used for finishing, such as BA finish, black finish, matt finish, bright polish, rough turn, and many more. We offer it in lengths ranging from one to six metres, and custom sizes are also available upon request. There are various shapes and sizes of steel, including billets, ingots, rectangles, rounds, hexagons, and squares. Cold drawn steel is supposed to be polished, sandblasted, hot rolled, and hairline polished.

Due to its excellent high temperature properties, as well as its ductility and weldability, this grade of stainless steel makes it an ideal material for high temperature applications. In the absence of reducing sulphur gases, it is resistant to oxidation in continuous service at temperatures up to 1150°C as long as reducing sulphur gases are not present. There are also applications where the material can be used intermittently at temperatures as high as 1040°C. This type of stainless steel has excellent high temperature properties and is also highly ductile and weldable, making it an ideal material for high temperature applications. The material resists oxidation at temperatures up to 1150°C in continuous service as long as there are no reducing sulphur gases present. Moreover, it is also capable of being used intermittently at temperatures up to 1040°C for a short period of time.

There is a common use for the 321S grade (UNS S32108) of stainless steel when the application environment involves moist corrosive fluids at lower temperatures than those normally associated with "high temperature" service. Although its lower carbon content affects its strength at high temperatures compared to 321, these grades have excellent toughness under low-temperature conditions, even going down to cryogenic temperatures, in spite of the fact that they are been used in cryogenic environments.
