Alloy details-
There is a wide range of media that can be used with Super Duplex UNS S32760 due to its excellent corrosion resistance. Furthermore, it is resistant to corrosion and pitting under seawater and chloride-containing atmospheres, along with high pitting temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius. Having a high strength than the 22% carbon duplex stainless steel and austenitic, UNS S32760 is suited to the range of applications in industries such as marine atmosphere, chemical processing, and oil and gas. Listed in the NACE MR 01 75 for acerbic applications and ASME-approved for pressure vessels, UNS S32760 is suitable for acerbic service.
